Collection Disclaimer

Vehicle Condition at Collection

Our driver will photograph your vehicle at the point of collection, recording its condition including any existing marks, scratches, dents, or damage. You will be asked to confirm the accuracy of this record.

Insurance

All vehicles collected by Autocollect South Wales are covered by our trade insurance from the moment of collection until return. This covers damage caused whilst in our care and custody.

Pre-existing Damage

We cannot accept liability for damage that was present before collection and documented in our condition report. Disputed damage must be raised at the time of return.

Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please remove valuables before collection.
