By using the Autocollect South Wales website and booking service, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. Prices shown include collection and return. Surcharges for certain postcodes are disclosed before payment.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled collection are fully refunded. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Additional Work

We will not carry out additional work without your explicit written approval via our approval system. You may decline any quote at no penalty.

Liability

All vehicles are covered by our garage trade insurance while in our care. Pre-existing damage is documented by the driver at collection. See our Collection Disclaimer for full details.
